Flat-packed container is one kind of classic element of modular building.Flat-packed modular house matched ISO dimensions and have the advantages of international transport.

The roof and floor part, we have already prefabricated in our workshop, so you don't need to assemble again. Also the prefabricated roof and floor can make sure excellent waterproof performance and loading capacity.

Quick assembled container: All the material are in scattered status, you should have one professional installation team to assemble them together.

This is the cheapest container if your have tight budget.That's a good choice for you.

Containers usually come in different sizes,such as 8’x8’，10’x8’，16’x8’，20’x8’，24’x8’，30’x8’，20’x10’.

It can be stacked to 3 stories height on the top of each other. They are sturdy and durable.

High resist material

Able to endure natural disaster like hurricane and seismic. Made of galvanized steel frame which provide strength against force from horizontal and vertical. Wall and roofing are made of mineral wool sandwich panels which have great heat insulation. Panels are coated with PE coating to help surface metal resist to chemicals.

Designed to be easily assembled. Can easily installed at site and be used for accommodate. Compare to traditional building process require much less workers and constructing time. An experienced team of worker can assemble each container house in few hour.

Utility

Can be used for living, office and hospital. All parts except frame of the container house are removable which enable clients combine any numbers of the container house together. A: T/T will be more appreciated.30% deposit before producing,70% balance before loading.

A: We will provide a detailed installation video and instruction to you. Technicians will be sent to help you on site if necessary. However, the visa fee, tickets, accommodation, food and wages will be under taken by buyers.
