Lube Oil Dispenser is designed for 60L oil Drum.Thanks to the Bung adaptor, the pump can be fixed on the drum easily. The Whole Oil Kit comes with Air Regulator, Air Gauge, Oil Water Separator to ensure the pump pressure work, the Pulsation Dampener ensures the oil dispensing more stable. A 1/2”*4M long hose to supply short distance service. Including a Digital Oil Meter gun to view the oil volume.

Lubrication Pump includes a Digital Oil Meter Gun, Model 3200, easy to handle and operate.With a big LCD display to view the oil dispensed volume. With 4 kinds of measure unit (L. PT. QT. GAL) to meet different market requirement.

The Oil Gun can rotate 360°to inject oil, convenient to use. With an Anti-drip Nozzle to avoid the workshops mess.

FAQ:

Q: How to use the pump to dispense oil? 

A: 1) Place the oil barrel on the floor or trolley carefully;

2) Put the pump vertically into the oil barrel, fix the Bung Adaptor on the oil barrel and lock the knob screw at the position.

3) Connect each part to the corresponding position, connect the pressure regulating valve section, the high-pressure oil hose and other end with digital oil meter gun.

4) Connect the purified compressed air to the air inlet of the pump body (located at the pressure regulating valve section). The working pressure is 4 bar, which has been adjusted before delivery.

5) When compressed air enters the cylinder, the pump will start to work. When the pressure in the pump chamber reaches the balance,it will no longer act. At this time, align the oil meter gun to the part to be filled, press the oil gun nozzle by hand, and open the oil gun to dispense oil.

ATTENTION:Do not face the muffler to people, to avoid dirtying clothes with oil mist.
